Just use any of the alternatives, put the details and click on add cash of your desired amount. Sportzax uses third party verified payment getways which has different layers of security and threat checks to ensure the transactions done through them are completely safe and secured.

You will notify via email, push notification along with the transaction id and you can check in app transaction history.

In such cases, drop us an email on support@sportzax.com with the bank transaction id and we will get it checked and help you.

The balance will reflect immediately once your funds are deducted from your account. If it doesn’t, wait for 30 minutes and then you can drop us an email at support@sportzax.com and we will take care of the rest.

Yes, All your transaction history wll only be available of last 15 days. In case if you need full account statement from date to date, email us at support@sportzax.com and we will email you the statement of your transactions.
